Terms of Service

By creating an account or using ChartGPT ("Service"), operated by YT Corporation ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ChartGPT is an AI-powered database analytics platform that allows users to connect databases, generate dashboards automatically, and query data in natural language. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free trial period.

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

You must provide accurate, current information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@chartgpt.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any database, system, or network.
• Upload or connect databases containing illegal content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Service.
• Use the Service to train competing AI models without written permission.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing mechanisms.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

The 7-day free trial provides access to all features of the selected plan. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, the account is downgraded unless a paid plan is selected.

You retain full ownership of your data and databases. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not share, sell, or use your data to train AI models without your consent.

The Service, including its software, design, and AI models, is owned by YT Corporation and protected by intellectual property laws. The ChartGPT name and logo are trademarks of YT Corporation.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE. AI outputs should be verified before making business decisions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YT CORPORATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YT Corporation and its officers from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email or prominent notice in the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
